Forget potatoes. POTATO WHO? This Keto Beef Stew recipe is all about the beef. Ive always been a lover of beef stew, but to be honest, Supraketo Official even before my keto days, I always hated how those smooshy potatoes would get all up in my grill when all I wanted was some meaty broth. And you know when youre at some little diner or restaurant and get the beef stew youre like 85% likely to get two bites of actual meat and a thousand bites of that mfn potato. Well, problem solved, dears. This is one meaty arsed soup. And its true to the name. BEEF. STEW. This recipe took years to perfect and now I crave it when its not in my crockpot. Its slightly spicy (and totally adjustable). Those last two hours on low after getting pulled apart are key. 1. Turn your crockpot on to high. 2. Add all ingredients and mix.

3. Cook for 6 hours on high. 4. After 6 hours, break up meat with a fork and pull apart within the crockpot. 5. If you think it needs salt, now is the time to add it to your taste (I added only a pinch). 6. Cook for two hours on low. Garnish your keto beef stew with red pepper flakes if you like it extra spicy. This is one meaty arsed soup. And its true to the name. BEEF. STEW. Looks really good. What type of hot sauce do you prefer with this. Sriracha or Supraketo Official Tabasco or something else? I used Franks Red Hot this time, but I have also used Cholula in the past. As the author statedd Franks is great… Sriracha or even garlic chili sauce would be perfect. Actually any of them made without vinegar (so no Tabasco) would be great… How long do you think it would take to cook in a pressure cooker? Depending on your pressure cooker, around 45 minutes should be good. The good thing about the pressure cooker is that if its not quite done, you just put it in again and it doesnt take nearly as long to come to pressure so you can just do maybe another 10 minutes if you need to. Pretty yummy! Kind of like a cross between chili and stew. Will definitely make it again. 2 questions - is the stew meat already in small pieces when you start?
